On the 17th of March, 2016 Department of Modern European Languages held IVth student scientific conference “The use of terminological lexicon in the language of professional communication”. Students of the financial, economic and statistical faculties and the Faculty of Accounting and Audit, who took part in the conference, presented interesting informative reports and presentations. At the end of the Conference Head of Department Associate professor, PhD in philology Maryna M. Horiunova greeted participants and presented them with certificates.
At the beginning of March, members of student scientific circle “SiCh” of NASAA prepared wall composition “Spring comes with new beauty, and all what lives is glad for it”. The proper place in this composition is given to exhibition-presentation “Ornithological motives in the poetry of Taras Shevchenko”, which is dedicated to the 202nd birth anniversary of the Kobzar. Birds are eternal heroes of Ukrainian poetry. On September 25, 2015 Director of the Institute of Strategic evaluations, NAAS academician, DSc in Economics, Professor, Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine Pavlo Ivanovych Haidutskyi visited NASAA. During the meeting with the rector of the Academy Oleksandr Hryhorovych Osaulenko perspectives of transformation of Ukrainian agricultural sector, the implementation of the Ukraine–European Union Association Agreement and statistical support of public administration of these processes were discussed.
On September 24, 2015 a permanent adviser of Twinning project “Strengthening the capacity of official statistics” Iryna Bernstein visited with the working aim the National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Auditing (NASAA). During the meeting with the rector of the Academy Oleksandr Osaulenko the results of the project and the participation of NASAA in reformation of Ukraine’s official statistics was discussed, particularly the reformation of educational and scientific component of training, retraining and advanced training of employees of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine. NASAA expands its international relations due to improving of educational level at the Academy. Thus according to this aim, Cooperation with Schoeck Foundation (Germany) has been started. Priority objective of the Fund — is support for the businesses creation and the middle class development.
