Meeting of the Scientific Student Society “SiCh”

On April 22, 2025, the Department of Foreign Languages of the National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Audit held an interactive meeting of the scientific student society “SiCh”. The participants of the meeting shared language tips for writing abstracts for student scientific conferences. They edited proposed scientific texts and analysed speech errors. On April 1, 2025, within the framework of partnership with Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University, academic staff from the Department of Accounting, Auditing and Taxation of the National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Audit, together  with applicants for higher education  degree “master” and “bachelor”, joined a meeting with representatives of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Lviv SDC and attended a guest lecture on “Financial Reporting: Components and Verification in the Context of International Standards” within the framework of the academic discipline “Enterprise Reporting” and “Accounting and Financial Reporting under International Standards.”

On March 27, 2025, the National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Audit hosted the XXIII All-Ukrainian Student Conference on the topic: “Development of the Accounting, Analysis and Audit System: Theory, Methodology, Organization,” dedicated to the memory of Doctor of Economics, Professor, Honored Scientist and Technician of Ukraine O. As part of the Shevchenko Days celebrations, members of the student society “SICH” organized an online discussion platform “Taras Shevchenko and Contemporary Times.” The event featured musical works by Taras Shevchenko, a video about the life and work of the Kobzar, and students presented interesting projects.
