The National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Audit and BDO Ukraine signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. BDO in Ukraine is part of the BDO network – one of the largest international audit and consulting companies. ️ Today BDO in Ukraine is one of the leaders in the country’s market and provides a wide range of services in audit, accounting outsourcing, tax consulting, IT consulting, etc. The purpose of the Memorandum is to develop cooperation in terms of educational, methodological and research work, as well as the provision of information and consulting services.

Meeting of the Scientific Student Circle Bit “History of the Development of Programming Languages”

On November 28, a regular meeting of the Bit scientific student circle was held, dedicated to the topic “History of the Development of Programming Languages.” This meeting allowed participants to dive deeper into the evolution of programming languages and understand how they influenced modern technologies. The meeting of the Bit scientific student circle was an important step in expanding students’ knowledge about the history of programming languages. It not only helped to understand how technology has developed, but also inspired participants to further research and development in the IT field.

On December 10, 2024, the Department of Statistics, IT and Mathematical Methods in Economics organized and held a guest lecture with Ksenia Androsovych, DSc in Psychology, Senior Researcher, Head of the Department of Psychology and Social and Humanitarian Sciences of the International Scientific and Technical University named after Academician Yuri Bugay. Moderator: Olena Horobets – PhD, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Statistics, IT and Mathematical Methods in Economics. During the lecture, Mrs. Androsovych focused on interpreting the concept of “stress,” its types and methods of avoidance; offered participants stress level testing, practical breathing and meditation exercises. On November 25, 2024, the Department of Foreign Languages of the National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Audit held an interactive workshop on the Ukrainian language at a meeting of the scientific circle “SiCh.” We talked with applicants for higher education of the first (bachelor’s) level of the second year on the topic “Let’s Care for the Purity of Our Speech.” The event aimed to develop students’ necessary level of language literacy, communicative competence, and practical skills in following current spelling rules.
