Shakespeare Readings at NASOA 2025

On May 15, 2025, the annual Shakespeare Readings took place at the National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Audit, prepared and conducted by members of the “English Club” student society of the Foreign Languages Department. The participants of the meeting immersed themselves in the magical influence on humanity’s spiritual existence through William Shakespeare’s drama “Macbeth” and poems from William Blake’s collections “Songs of Innocence” and “Songs of Experience”, and also watched an excerpt from the 2021 American feature film “The Tragedy of Macbeth”, directed by Joel Coen based on his own screenplay. Training for Civil Servants of Categories “A” and “B” from Territorial Bodies of State Statistics under the Certificate Program for Professional Development “Statistical Data Processing”

Starting from May 19, the National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Audit began training for civil servants of categories “A” and “B” from territorial bodies of state statistics under the certificate program for professional development “Statistical Data Processing”. The program aims to enhance participants’ professional competencies in the field of modern statistical methods, statistical production models, SPSS usage, Artificial Intelligence technologies, visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), as well as Big Data implementation in statistical practice.

5th All-Ukrainian Student Scientific Conference “Digitalization of Society and Business: Challenges and Opportunities for Youth”

The Department of Statistics, IT and Mathematical Methods in Economics of NASOA organized and conducted the 5th All-Ukrainian Student Scientific Conference “Digitalization of Society and Business: Challenges and Opportunities for Youth”. Conference moderator: PhD in Economics, Associate Professor Oleksandr Stavytskyi. The student conference brought together students from the National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Audit, the State University of Trade and Economics, and the Professional College of Business and Analytics. Invited guest speakers joined the conference. We sincerely thank our partners from Sigma Software Company, JSC “IdeaBank” and the Ukrainian Language and Information Fund of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for their support.

Online Interactive Event “Favorite Ukrainian Word”

On May 6, 2025, at the Department of Foreign Languages of the National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Audit, an online creative meeting took place with contemporary Ukrainian poets – Lyudmyla Zhyvolup and Vitaliy Bilozir. The event became an important cultural occasion that united teachers, students, and all admirers of artistic expression. Foreign students who are pursuing higher education at the Academy also joined the teaching and student community of NASAA.

On April 28, 2025, at the initiative of the Head of the Department of Accounting, Auditing and Taxation, PhD in Economy, Associate Professor Inna AFANASIEVA, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Audit and “ACTIVITIES EDUCATION” LLC – a financial education center.
