On February 25, 2019, the first stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in the discipline “Finance” was held by the Department of Banking and Insurance Finance of the 3rd year students. Within the limits of the tasks of the Olympiad, students demonstrated their basic knowledge of discipline, as well as gave answers to questions that require their own assessment of the state of the financial system in Ukraine at the present stage and wrote creative tasks-reflections.
The winners of the 1st stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad on the discipline “Finance” were students of the group 16.04:
- A. Dzyubenko- 2nd place;
- V. Hrab – 3rd place;
- M. Mikosiyanchik – 3rd place.
On February 26, students of the 4th and 5th years participated in the 1st stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad in the specialties “Finance and Credit” and “Banking”.
Senior students demonstrated their knowledge in evaluating problematic situations in financial and monetary policy and solved practical tasks.
The winners from the specialty “Finance and Credit” became students of the group 15.04:
- K. Logvin – 2nd place;
- A. Partolenko – 3rd place;
In the Olympiad on the specialty “Banking” the winners were:
- I. Stelmakh (group 14.04 / 1) – 1 place;
- T. Stasiuk(group 14.04 / 3) – 1 place;
- V. Hopkalo (group group 14.04 / 2) – 2nd place.
The professors of the Department of Finance, Banking and Insurance congratulate the students on the successful passing of the First Stage of the Olympiad and wish them further academic success, as well as inspiration to deepen their knowledge and skills as future financial professionals.
