In 1494 November 10 the book of a monk, mathematician Luca Pacioli “Everything about arithmetic, geometry and proportion” saw the world. Historical to the accounting profession was the third section of the book, which was entitled “A Treatise on the accounts and records”. It then appeared the first information system in the world – a double record. November 10, at the National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Auditing with students of 3-4 years of the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing celebration “Visiting Luca Pacioli” was organized by the Department of Accounting.
