“Internet of Things – an environment for building a smart society”

On November 18, a regular meeting of the student scientific society “Digitalization of society and business: challenges and opportunities for young people” took place.

Thematic panel “Internet of Things – an environment for building a smart society”, moderator – Associate Professor of Economics and Mathematics and IT Stavytsky O.

At the beginning of the meeting, the moderator made an introductory report in which he acquainted the audience with the issues of the day.

The meeting was attended by 1st and 2nd year students of the educational and professional program “Digital Economics” and teachers of the Department of Economics and Mathematics and IT

Students prepared interesting topical reports on the topic of the meeting. Each report at the end generated an active discussion.

At the end of the meeting the head of the department Yershova O. made an interesting and informative report about Internet of Things providers in Ukraine, protocols and communication standards for the Internet of Things.

The topic of the next meeting of the student scientific society and the date of its holding were set.
