Olena Olexandrivna Horobets, head of the Department of Statistics, Information Technologies and Mathematical Methods in Economics, PhD in economics.

2013: graduated from Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts, specialty “Book studies. Library studies. Bibliography”.

2018: graduated from National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Audit, specialization “Statistics and business analysis”.

2021: defended PhD thesis in economics, entitled “A statistical study of book publishing in Ukraine”, 08.00.10 – Statistics.

• 2023: Diploma of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine for the achievements in carrying out the tasks assigned to the official statistics bodies;
• 2021: Diploma of Gratitude from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine for the achievements in carrying out the tasks assigned to the official statistics bodies;
• 2020: Certificate of Honor from the Trade Union of Public Institutions’ Employees (the city of Kyiv) for active participation in the activities of the trade union organization at the National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Audit, on the occasion of the Statistics Workers’ Day;
