Roundtable discussion “Anti-crisis Management – Imperative of Modern Economy”

On November 8, 2024, the roundtable discussion titled “Anti-crisis management – imperative of the modern economy” was held, the co-organizers of which were:

  • Department of Economics and Finance of the “University of Economics and Law «KROK»”;
  • Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Business Administration of the State Tax University;
  • Department of Management, Marketing and Public Administration of the National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Auditing.

The event was opened by keynote speeches by: Ihor Rumyk (DSc in Economics, Professor, Head of the Department of Economics and Finance of the “University of Economics and Law «KROK»”), Iryna Radionova (DSc in Economics, Professor of the Department of Economics and of Finance of the “University of Economics and Law «KROK»”), Lyudmila Slyusareva (DSc in Economics, Professor, Head of the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Business Administration of the State Tax University), and Larysa Lazorenko (DSc in Economics, Professor, Head of the Department of Management, Marketing and Public Administration of the National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Auditing).

Presentations by the applicants of the second (master’s) level of the “International Management” of NASAA generated great interest and became the subject of active discussion among the participants, which was especially noted by the members of the organizing committee in their concluding remarks.

Maksym Khomukha presented a report on the topic “Expansion of automation and self-service as a tool for regulating the demographic crisis in Ukraine: strategic opportunities for business”, and Vladyslav Berezhny – “Tools for ensuring the stable development of a business based on the experience of a bank with foreign capital”.

The closing remarks were delivered by: Olha Chumachenko (PhD in Economics, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics and Finance of the “University of Economics and Law «KROK»”), Hanna Kalach (PhD in Economics, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Business Administration of the State Tax University), and Viktoriia Parkhomenko (PhD in Economics, Associate Professor, Dean of the Financial and Economic Faculty of NASAA), who noted the relevance of the event for sharing experience and confronting the challenges of the times.
