Permanent Professional Training Event “Kaleidoscope 2024 “About the Main Thing”

On December 19, 2024, faculty members of the Department of Accounting, Audit and Taxation of NASAA – Head of the Department, PhD, Associate Professor I. Afanasieva; Director of the National Center for Accounting and Audit, DSc of Economics, Professor O. Lubenchenko; DSc of Economics, Professor N.V. Ovsyuk, joined a short-term online event of permanent professional training “Kaleidoscope 2024 “About the main thing”, organized by the Federation of Professional Accountants and Audits of Ukraine. The event was organized with support of the EU Project “Implementation of EU Practices for Accounting, Financial Reporting and Audit in Ukraine” and the Audit Chamber of Ukraine.

Speakers of the event: Tetiana Potopalska, expert practitioner on taxation, member of the Expert Council for the preparation of generalized tax consultations at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, member of the working group on taxation of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada Committee of Ukraine; Jon Hooper, Team Leader of the EU Project “Implementation of EU Practices for Accounting, Financial Reporting and Audit in Ukraine”; Svіtlana Zubilevich, Professor, PhD, Head of the Federation of Professional Accountants and Auditors of Ukraine (FPAAU) Committee on Professional Development and Certification; Olena Diadiun, Deputy Head of the FPAAU Committee on Financial Affairs and Budget, IFRS expert; Sergiy Minin, Deputy Head of the FPAAU Committee on Audit Practice, auditor.

Yuliia Drogovoz, Head of the FPAAU Committee on Tax Issues, Vice President of the Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (ULIE), auditor emphasized the introduction of the tax risk management system of the STS, described the “white business club” and the export security regime.
