The National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Audit has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Public Organization “Centre of Law Enforcement Activities Research” (CLEAR). The Memorandum was signed by Oleksandr Osaulenko, Rector of the Academy, and Artem Moroz, Board Member and Commander of the 241st Territorial Defense Forces brigade unit, representing the PO.
