Every Ukrainian should know their native language – it is his duty to its people and the state Ukraine International Mother Language Day was celebrated worldwide on February 21. On March 23, 2017, ACCA of Ukraine, Belarus and the Caucasus, pursued a reception on the occasion of the ceremony, certificates awarding certificates to honorary and new members of ACCA.
