SHAH – Restoration of Historical Justice

On November 18, 2024, the Department of Finance, Banking and Insurance organized and held a guest lecture for applicants for higher education of the first (bachelor’s) level of the EPP “Finance, Banking and Insurance,” “Applied Statistics and Business Analytics,” “Accounting, Audit and Taxation,” “Management of Foreign Economic Activity” and the second (master’s) level of the EPP “Finance, Banking and Insurance” and “International Management” of the National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Audit.

The theme of the lecture was “Shah – Restoration of Historical Justice,” and the invited guest lecturer was Andrii Boiko-Haharin, DSc (History), Associate Professor, Senior Custodian of Funds of the Money Museum Department of the Public Relations and Financial Awareness Department of the Communications Department of the National Bank of Ukraine.

The lecture was held as part of the educational components “Money and Credit,” “Finance,” “Banking Business” and “Investing.”

The speaker discussed historical aspects of the monetary system formation, drew attention to the importance of financial literacy for society, and shared interesting facts from the history of money circulation and examples of restoring historical justice.
