The Research Center which was established in 2015 to provide research and innovation activity is a structural unit of the National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Audit.
The Center reports to the Vice-Rector for Scientific, Pedagogical and Scientific Work, who coordinates and supervises its activities.
The main objectives of the Center:
- promoting the importance of research and innovation, transformation of science and innovation into determining factors of the qualitative development of the educational process, growth of scientific schools and leading research teams of the Academy;
- conducting basic and applied research aimed at implementing the priority areas of economic development of Ukraine;
- coordination of research, scientific and methodical, experimental and technological work carried out at the Academy;
- development of mutually beneficial international scientific relations, fulfillment of joint research projects and programs while preserving and protecting national priorities, international exchange of scientific information; use of internationally accepted forms of international scientific exchanges.
In its activities the Center is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, laws of Ukraine “On Education”, “On Higher Education”, “On Scientific and Scientific Technical Activity”, “On Scientific and Scientific Technical Expertise”, “On Innovative Activity”, regulations of the Cabinet Ministers of Ukraine, normative and directive documents of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, normative and normative legal acts of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, NASAA Statute, Regulations on the Research Center of the National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Audit, NASAA decisions and orders concerning the activities of the Center.
